    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping Cost: $12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for orders over $50

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following information to understand our process and requirements.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, wedding dresses and occasion dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

As mentioned earlier, wedding dresses and occasion dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.
